1. General Provisions

fr333 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online entertainment and gaming service provider. These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and activities offered on the platform.

If attempts to create multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method are detected, all associated accounts may be closed.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Do not disclose this information to third parties. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact fr333 support immediately. fr333 is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at fr333: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300.
• The same minimum limit applies to all payment methods.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

fr333 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for verification purposes in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on your first deposit at fr333, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳16,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. For example, ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each player may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or collect bonuses using multiple accounts may result in account cancellation.
• fr333 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Any changes to bonus terms will be published on the Site.

6. Fair Play & Integrity

fr333 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games offered on our platform are conducted with integrity. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of fraudulent software or bots.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game.
• Unfair agreements or collusion with other users.

If such activities are detected, fr333 may immediately close the account and forfeit all balances. Relevant authorities will be informed if necessary.

8. VIP Program

fr333's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A player's tier is determined based on their consistency of play and activity.

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

VIP benefits apply only to active and verified account holders. fr333 may make changes to VIP benefits and cashback rates.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable for a valid reason, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. fr333 provides these Terms in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the final version.
